Entry 3

Brief description: As part of the course students will learn a variety of Hospitality and Catering skills

Modules that will be undertaken during the course:
- Basic Food and personal hygiene
- Basic Food preparation and cooking skills
- Health & Safety

Entry requirements: Entry is based on assessment and interview, good attendance record and motivation and willingness to work hard and attend regulary to achieve the qualification.

Qualification: NPTC Entry 3 Certificate in Skills for Working Life (Hospitality, Catering and Retail)

Duration: 2 years
