ICT
Brief description: Students will have the opportunity to sample a number of IT packages and develop skills which are used in a wide range of occupations and that are required for higher level College courses. Students will produce a portfolio of work for assessment.
Entry requirements: Entry is based on assessment and interview, ood attendance record and motivation and willingness to work hard and attend regulary to achieve the qualification.
Qualification: EdExcel IT users (ITQ) Certificate
Levels: Entry 3 or Level 1

Media
Brief description: The course will provide an introduction to the technical aspects of Media studies and will have strongly practical focus. Students will develop IT skills related to desktop publishing and manipulation of images and will have the opportunity to try out aspects of video production in our studio.

Qualification: EdExcel BTEC Certificate in Creative Media Production
