Enrolling on your course

Enrolling at Bexley College

At the enrolment stage all students are required to pay a minimum deposit of 20% towards tuition fees, registration/exam fees and material charge in order to secure a place on their chosen course. When enrolling on your course you will need to provide proof of your identity, e.g. passport, driving licence or bank card. The material fee for all students remains the same as 2010/11, full time £30 and part time £15.

What will your course cost?

16 to 18 year old students who have UK residency are eligible for free tuition and examination fees.  Students claiming Job Seekers Allowance or ESA in the work related activity group may be eligible for a reduction in their tuition fee – subject to status but examination and registration fees for their course must be paid in full. Students enrolling on Higher Education courses who are claiming Job Seekers Allowance or ESA in the work related activity group are not eligible for any reductions in their tuition fees. All other students are required to pay tuition, examination, materials and registration fees, otherwise you will not be enrolled.

Details of the annual tuition fee for the majority of Full time  courses will be available from our website and our Student Services department after 8th February 2011.

Our published selection of Full time courses reflect the priorities that are set for us by the Government through the Skills Funding Agency. Sometimes these prioritise change and courses are amended because we produce the prospectus a year ahead of the start of the Autumn Term 2011. We hope to offer every course in this guide, but please be aware there are factors beyond our control which mean we have to reserve the right to withdraw, amend, merge and suspend courses when we have no other choice. Simiarly where publish details of fees or the arrangements for exemptions due to status, these are too are subject to revision where necessary.
