Course Description

This programme is designed for people working in, or aspiring to work in, the health, social care and independent care sectors. It is designed to provide learners with a high level of understanding of care or early years care with health & social care settings. It is relevant for learners in all sectors of the industry including the public sector.

Entry Requirements

1 A Level with a minimum of 40 points at A2 plus GCSE Grade C, or equivalent, in English. Other Level 3 qualifications such as Access Diploma or EdExcel National Diploma with Pass/Merit profile and Key Skills qualifications will also be accepted. NVQ Level 3 students will be considered providing they have relevant work experience. Mature students, without relevant qualifications, will be considered on an individual basis. Opportunities are also given to students who wish to do 15 or 30 credits.
